CA Deliver - User Report not Processing as Expected

Issue/Introduction

After an upgrade of Deliver to 14.0, users report that they are not receiving their reports.

Environment

Release : 14.0

Component : CA Deliver

Resolution

The client had modified CA Deliver banners which triggered a process to split the report content.

During the upgrade, the modified banners were replaced with the Deliver standard banners.

The client implemented the modified banners, and the report-splitting process occurred as expected.
