UIM - 20.3 Operator Console dashboards refreshing every 5 mins or so

Issue/Introduction

UIM 20.3 Operator Console pages seems to constantly refresh.

Would like to turn this off or make it much longer, as to not keep DB requests constantly.

Users can refresh the screen in the browser if they want updated info, rather than it occurring automatically.

UIM Summary SaaS is used the Home dashboard in UIM operator console 20.3 

Back up the original dashboard, and adjust the Refresh settings via the dashboard properties using Dashboard Designer so the Home dashboard loads much faster /slower as per requirement
