Topology doesn't display running Windows 2019

Issue/Introduction

The Topology tab does not show up in Contents as it did before.  Also, if I edit a service, the topology is just blank and cannot be edited. Java version 1.8.0_261-b12

Here's an extracted section from the Java console showing an exception which appears to be related:

ContextException: Error invoking the constructor for the context object: id "com.ca.sam.client.topology.TopologyTabPanel" at scope "null", class "com.ca.cam.client.topology.TopologyTabPanel"

Licensing: Cannot read host ID.

 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Cause

The problem occurs due to Windows 2019, other supported OS are working fine.

Resolution

SOI is not certified for Windows 2019, only support up to Windows 2016.
