REST API calls can use old Automic credentials

Issue/Introduction

When using the internal Automic REST API, for example /system/health, if the user has the authorizations/password changed, the old user credentials will still work instead of returning a 401 error as expected.

Environment

Release : 12.3.0 HF 2

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Cache for JCP's is not purged properly, and instead waits for the connection timeout. 

Resolution

This is fixed in:

Automation Engine 12.3.2 
Automation Engine 12.2.5
