Attempted distribution of cdm to robot v7.96 fails

Issue/Introduction

cdm deployment finishes was too quickly and nothing is displayed on the robot except for the controller, hdb and spooler.

controller at loglevel 5 shows

Cause

- robot version 7.96

Resolution

OS of the robot was RHEL 8.

Support has been added for Red Hat 8 only for UIM 20.1 with Robot 9.30 or higher.

Robot v9.30 must be installed, then deploy the cdm 6.50 probe.

Once customer installed the robot v9.31, then they were able to install cdm/other required probes.
