RDP Access causes "SSL connection error {0}"

Issue/Introduction

Trying to establish an RDP connection to any of our clients returns an error dialog "SSL connection error {0}"

We confirmed the target is compliant with the latest cipher suites.

Environment

Release : 3.4 and higher releases

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

The target account for the auto login was configured as

domain\sAMAccountName

Re-configuring it to sAMAccountName only resolves the issue
