Unable to write EEM certificate to files

Issue/Introduction

When trying to authorize iDash admin group I get the following error.

Environment

WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE IDASH

Cause

Incorrect permissions on the /opt/CA/idash/etc directory.

Resolution

Change the permissions on op/CA/idash/etc to 0777.
