Often an online chat with the Broadcom Customer care team is an easier way to get support for your Broadcom Products. If you need to report an issue or need any other assistance, initiate a chat with the Broadcom Customer Care team by following the steps mentioned below: 

  1. Go to Support Portal and click the Chat icon available at the right side bottom of the page.



  2. Select the Product Division you need assistance in:



  3. Type Contact us to chat with the Broadcom Customer Care Team:
  4. Choose your Language and proceed further to get support from Broadcom:

Note: Technical Support is not available on chat. You will be chatting with customer care reps to get assistance on creating technical cases or updating an existing technical case.
