When Looking at the Download Management section of the Support portal can see and select either CA Performance Management 3.7 or DX NetOps 20.2. For both products there are Service Packs available, with different dates.
For example, there is 3.7.17 Service Pack dated 30 October 2020, and 20.2.4 Service Pack dated 18 October 2020.

What is the difference between these product versions and Service Packs?

Are these Service Packs cumulative updates? Can they be installed directly as a full install?

Release : 20.2.x and 3.7.x

CA Performance Management 3.7.x and DX NetOps 20.2.x should not be considered the same product.
There are difference between them, their Service Packs release are not aligned, and do not include the same fixes.

-DX NetOps Performance Management 20.2
