Email alerts being receiving with no notification channel assigned.

Component : OI Alarm Analytics
Per Engineering, Alerts were notified due to defined policies in OI.
Step 1: Select the Alert from 'OI Alarm Analytics'.
Step 2. Create 'Policy' based on your requirements for the Alert (step 1) . Set the Filters.
Step 3. Create 'Channel' and link the 'Policy' to this channel.
OR
Step 3; Back to the Policy and Link the Policy filters to 'Notification Channel'.
Once Channel is defined in the Alert, the 'OI Policy" will be ignored.
When the Channel is not defined the 'Policy' takes over. - This is the recommended way to setup Alerts.
