Getting "Unauthorized" Error when Submitting Blazemeter Feature Requests

Issue/Introduction

When I click in "Feature Requests" in the HELP CENTER, I receive this error:

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : BLAZEMETER PERFORMANCE TESTING

Cause

We are aware the Ideas site doesn't work for some Runscope accounts.  

In particular, it doesn't work for Runscope accounts that use the old, Runscope-specific SSO implementation that predates the merger with BlazeMeter.  

Resolution

As a workaround:

Bring up an Incognito browser and go here:

https://auth.blazemeter.com/auth/realms/blazect/protocol/saml/clients/blazemeter
