Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Pre-requisites:
a) In CSA under Documents and Search there is no value for File Upload Size Limit
b) And fileSizeLimit is not present in the properties file

1. Create subobject of Investment object
2. Create attachment type attribute (single or multiple)
3. Create couple of instances of the subobject
4. Attempt to XOG documents to multiple instances (sample XML file attached)

Actual Results: Xog output shows this error <Description>com.niku.union.odf.exception.ODFServiceException: An exception occurred while trying to update an object instance boe_stakeholders</Description>
app-ca.log shows this error Caused by: com.niku.union.utility.MessageKeyException: DMS-01032: The system did not receive the file data. There was either a session timeout, or the uploaded data exceeded the maximum size limit of 20 MB. Please try again.

Note: It's worth to note that error message in the app-ca.log is misleading stating reaching a limit of 20 MB, when I know my previous request which was successful was already more than 20 MB if it is talking about the total size but if it is stating it is for single file than it is also not true.

I know that if DMS_DOCUMENT_MAX_SIZE is not set, which is this case it's it should default to 20 MB, but it is supposed to be per each document and not the total size for all documents I presume?

Expected Results: It should successfully XOG documents across multiple instances assuming they don't go over the single document size limit.

Workaround: XOG in smaller batches or if there is very large document you can XOG it separately by itself.
