NCM Block Policy giving false positives

Issue/Introduction

Block policy with (Preserver Order with No Extra Lines) giving false violations.

All the lines are present and in order, but the violation says they are out of order.

 

Environment

Release : 10.4.0+

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

• The Start and End tags are not used as part of the comparison criteria for the block so including them will cause the policy to fail.
• Do not include the Start and End tags within the comparison.
