Issue/Introduction

When navigating to the OneClick Administration page and clicking on the Landscapes page, select a landscape and press the Remove button and the following errors show:

SPC-OCA-10088: Landscape {0} was not manually added or is now consolidated in the DSS environment so it cannot be manually removed.

SPC-OCA-10703: No permission connecting to landscape {0}.Either {1} does not have a user model or the .hostrc file does not permit the web server host to connect.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

A mixed SpectroSERVER environment of SS with legacy and huge landscape handles.

Resolution

Integrating a SpectroSERVER with a legacy landscape handle into an environment with a huge landscape handle (or vice versa) causes this problem.  It is unsupported and an incompatible configuration to have these SS communicating.

The lab SS was installed with a huge landscape handle and the SS being integrated had a legacy landscape handle. These are incompatible so the OC was showing an error due to this incompatibility.
