VNA Meraki Plugin not able to collect any MX, MR and MS device information.

Issue/Introduction

We configured VNA Meraki Plugin 3.7.10 with Meraki dashboard, and VNA with Spectrum. Currently only site(networks) are being collected as inventory but the devices are not. Please help us get the full inventory. When looking at VNA inventory, there are no switches or routers:

Cause

Bug fixes included in newer releases of VNA

Resolution

Upgrade VNA.  If you are running Spectrum 20.2.0 (aka 10.4.2.0) or 20.2.3 (10.4.2.1), upgrade VNA to 20.2.0 or 20.2.3 accordingly.

If you are running Spectrum 10.4.0 or 10.4.1 upgrade VNA to 3.7 update 17 or greater.
