Issue/Introduction

Insight reporting: Unable to create AdHoc report from MyPages view in the browser. 

Preproduction Steps:

1. In web browser (http://localhost:8080/terma/#My%20Pages), attempt to create a new page with any name
2. Select Insight tab
3. Add Ad Hoc Report
4. Select any report type
5. Create Report

Expected results: report is created and is visible on the Webpage

Actual results: Report is blank
