ASM Jmeter script times out on OPMS

Issue/Introduction

We have setup an OPMS environment. When we try to monitor a Jmeter script with OPMS, the monitor is showing error messages.

The log file is showing UnknowHostException.
Temporary failure in name resolution.

The exact same Jmeter script is working good on public stations.

The Jmeter script is showing error for URL https://<URL-PATH>/login

We setup a https monitor on OPMS. The https monitor is working good on OPMS for the same URL https://<URL-PATH>/login

Resolution

The cause is most likely a transient network issue in the environment.

Usually, this happens if customers use the same IP range as the Docker interface on their physical network interfaces.

The issue was due to the network. Your network team is the best source to investigate this issue and identify the root cause.
