Issue/Introduction

In our customer environment, the AGRIS product has been deployed for business purpose and there are many performance issues with the application.

We have already deployed the agent in Dev environment but we don't see any metrics being reported.

As per the application team it runs on .Net and users access the application with desktop clients / Citrix.

 

Agris application is a .net core application and product release version is 2.0

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Customer restarted the application/agent.

Additional Information

Note that .Net Core is no longer supported by Microsoft. .Net Core is not explicitly supported in APM 10.7. Only 20.x and later.
