Issue/Introduction

Can I disable JMX or require authentication for Jboss JMX connections with AAI(JAWS)?

Environment

Release : 6.0.2

Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE ENGINE

Resolution

We do not recommend changing the default configuration of JMX within jboss that is embedded within the AAI(JAWS) installation.

This includes disabling JMX or requiring authentication for JMX.

Any configuration changes have not been tested and could cause unexpected results, including not being able to properly use the configuration tool to update configurations within AAI and potential upgrade issues.
