Issue/Introduction

When trying to start CAS9 on a new Z/OS V2.4 platform, s0c4 abend in G8UTY module .

Resolution

apar RO94642. This apar is for z/OS 2.3 support and will fix the s0c4 if upgrading to above z/OS 2.2

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                                        
When intercepting mount messages on a z/OS 2.3 system, a S0C4 abend will    
occur in the CA 1 message intercept routine when an IEF233A mount message   
is issued. If DEFER is used or dynamic allocation, the mount message is     
never issued and the job simply hangs.
