Issue/Introduction

Some RA WS REST jobs fail with: 

java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Environment

Release : 4.5

Component : RA WEB SERVICE REST

Cause

Configuration.

Resolution

The Apache web server was configured to reset the HTTPD Port every 30 minutes. Once changed the connection reset did not occur anymore.
