Issue/Introduction

We recently had a customer request that we backtrack notifications being sent out by the Automic / AppWorx server. We are looking to see if there is a location in the database or file system where outgoing notifications (timestamp / recipients / message / etc...) are logged?

Does Applications Manager store history of email notifications include TimeStamps/Emails Sent/recipients it sent?

Resolution

Applications Manager does not store the notification email history for notifications that are sent out during Job runs. While we can enable auditing to log changes to objects including notifications, this auditing only captures the changes made to notification objects themselves. You can run the report UC4_AUDIT_NOTIFICATIONS to see changes to notification once auditing is enabled.
