Issue/Introduction

We are monitoring a new .NET application. Before installing the .NET agent the application has no issues. But after we install the .NET agent the application is getting hang after 3/4 hours.

This is .NET agent that is downloaded from the DX APM SAAS.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

As a workaround, tested the issue with APM 10.7 SP3. The APM 10.7 SP3 .NET agent is not observing the same/similar issue as the .NET agent from DX APM SAAS.

The APM 10.7 SP3 .NET agent can report metrics to DX APM SAAS environment via Cloud Proxy. Please review details on  how to use Cloud Proxy to connect APM 10.7 SP3 .NET agent to DX APM SAAS environment.
