Time Compliance Report not reflecting accurate data

Issue/Introduction

Timesheet Statuses between Clarity PPM and Time Compliance report do not match.

Load Data Warehouse job is running successfully but does not resolve the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Execute 'Load Data Warehouse' (Load DWH) job with 'Full Load' option
  2. Navigate to Advanced Reporting, View List of Reports
  3. Select 'Time Compliance' report
  4. Select the required parameters and run the report

Expected Results - Timesheet Status on the report matches what appears when filtering in Clarity PPM Timesheets portlet.

Actual Results - Some timesheets are showing status of Open when they are really Posted.

Environment

Release : All Supported versions

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Cause

The Time Reporting Period records may not have a 'last_updated_date' value that is recognized by the Load DWH job.  

Resolution

1. Make an update to the Admin > Time report periods for the weeks in question

2. If they do not appear in the views necessary to populate the DWH,  proceed to close and immediately reopen those time periods.

3. Run the Update Report Tables job and full Load DWH job.
