L032I Error when Installing Easytrieve VSE 6.3

Issue/Introduction

When trying to run the INSJOB1 install job, for the Easytrieve VSE 6.3  product, receiving these error:

L032I MEMBER EZTPB05.PHASE IN SUBLIBRARY. COMPLB1. PRODUCT IS MSHP CONTROLLED - CURRENT REQUEST IS IGNORED  

Job gave RC=8 in various steps.                           

Environment

Easytrieve Plus Report Generator - VSE - release 6.3

Cause

This problem is caused by a new MSHP controlled installation of a product in a library, if components remaining parts of the product, or already applied PTF's already exist in the install library for this product.                    

Resolution

PTF's were applied after the install.
Remove Easytrieve and re-install.
Then run the INSJOB1.
Must get a RC=0

 

Additional Information

Another resolution is to copy the EZTPB05.phase and .object from other library into 

the Install library.
