After upgrade of UMP 20.1 TO 20.3 Wasp probe is down

Issue/Introduction

Tried to upgrade UMP 20.1 TO OC 20.3 but wasp probe isn't coming up even after deactivating/activating.

From wasp.log

Oct 30 07:46:22:759 [1404] Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'wasp' (command = <startup java>)

 

 

Environment

UIM Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OC - INSTALL

Cause

Usually this error comes in installation when certificate.pem is not matching.

Resolution

Please follow the step Step:-

== Copy the certificate.pem from UIM Installation/Security folder to OC Robot/server where we have OC robot installed and specify the location of copied certificate.pem file in OC Robot’s robot.cfg file .
