Not able to modify "Routing properties" in Policy Manager.

Issue/Introduction

we have a new API GW 10 installation, single node. We imported the DB from 9.3. Everything looks good, but when we try to modify anything in policy manager, like "Routing properties", we cannot save the changes. The "OK" button is not lighted. We have the same result with regular users and admin.

Cause

Policy Fragment inside a Policy is read only.

Resolution

The problem is because customer is trying to edit a policy fragment inside a main Policy. line 52.25.65.17

In that case do you need to make the change in the fragment and not in the policy where it is used as it will be in read-only mode.
