UIM - AD users not syncing to CABI Bundled

Issue/Introduction
Have setup UIM 20.1 and installed CABI bundled on separate robot. Noticed only local IM users sync but not AD users.
There is no error on CABI log, Can see finished sync.
Environment
Release : 20.1
Component : UIM - CABI
Resolution
You can link an LDAP group to an ACL and specific accounts using Account Admin portlet using ACLs & LDAP tab.
Unless you link an account with ldap group, the LDAP users will not sync to CABI
