Property not shown in Escalation Action

CA Service Operations Insight (SOI)

Issue/Introduction

When I try to create Action some of the properties name is not showing. 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Cause

Property was missing in the Ticket Properties tab of the Help Desk Configuration. 

Resolution

Custom property needs to be created in the Ticket Properties tab of the Help Desk Configuration before it's available for use in the action.
