Spectrum InsideView not reporting on all SS

Issue/Introduction

The Spectrum Inside view in Grafana viewer is only showing 5 SpectroSERVERS.  The logs show that it gathered SSPerformance models for only 5 SS when there are 12.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

The REST query used to populate the SpectroSERVER hostnames had a throttle limit of 5.

Resolution

Needed to use the fixed InsideView executable in patch Spectrum_10.04.01.PTF_10.4.111

This will be fixed in NetOps Spectrum 20.2.5
