ODF_UI_VIEWS_U1 and VIEW_CLASSIFIER Differences

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing differences with the following view ODF_UI_VIEWS_U1 and column: VIEW_CLASSIFIER where they are not consistently being found in the database across all our environments?

What could be the cause of this?

Environment

Release : 15.7.1

Component : CA PPM INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS

Cause

This can be due to the environments being on different Clarity versions

Resolution

Check to validate that the Clarity environments being reviewed are on the same exact Clarity version. 

If there are multiple environments with similar names (Example QA1 and QA2), also check to validate that the right environment (IE QA1 on 15.7.1 versus QA2 on 15.1) is validated
