Unable to remove the Network Discover servers if the license is missing

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Enforce

Use the "ReinstallationResource" file from the production Enforce server to build a new test Enforce server.
Do not install the license files.
Attempt to remove all the Discover servers from the test Enforce server.
All the servers can be removed except the Network Discover servers.
You receive an error saying you cannot remove a Network Discover server because the license is missing.

Component : Network Discover servers and scan targets

Cause

You cannot remove a Network Discover server if a Discover Scan Target is assigned to it.
You cannot remove the Discover Scan Target without a license file installed.

If your license file has expired, contact Support for assistance and provide this Article ID: 202393.

Resolution

1. Install the license file.
2. Remove the Discover Scan Targets from the Network Discover servers.
3. Remove the Network Discover servers from the test Enforce console.
