Issue/Introduction

A DC260904 message is a security violation involving discrete DCMT security.

This document explains potential reasons for invalid DC260904 errors.

Environment

Release : 19.0.
Component : CA IDMS

Resolution

If APAR SO08199 has been applied, use the DCMT D CTAB command to display the IDMSCTAB assignments and confirm that they are correct.

If they are not correct, review the JCL which created the IDMSCTAB module. Confirm that the ENTRY point is there. The link-edit statements should be as follows:
