Issue/Introduction

We will be upgrading Spectrum and would like to know if we need to disable the integration between CAPC and Spectrum before we start the upgrade and re-enable it after the upgrade.  

Environment

All supported releases of Spectrum and Performance Management

Resolution

It is advisable to disable the Spectrum DataSource entry in the Performance Center GUI prior to the Spectrum upgrade and enable it again once the upgrade is complete as this will prevent Performance Center from continually trying to synchronize with Spectrum during this time.
