Environment

Release : ITMS 8.5

Cause

By default, the LegacyAgentCommunicationMode is disabled (or OFF) in current versions of ITMS.

Resolution

The NSConfigurator.exe can be found in C:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\Bin\Tools and can be used to enable "LegacyAgentCommunicationMode" if needed; the default setting is "OFF".
