Issue/Introduction

When the time is added to the IM Time Bar View it does not load when the chosen date is longer than 7 days in DX Netops 20.2.x Performance Management 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

User role is configured to "Run Reports at a Higher Resolution"
The view is locked to 5-minute samples.

Resolution

Locking to the view to 1 hour allowed reports to complete.

This reduces the number of data points needed to be drawn for the view.
