OKTA Admin Tool Unresponsive /Errors When Displaying Active Users

Issue/Introduction

When selecting all users or active users, OKTA either returns an error message or never displays anything.

 

Environment

Release : 15.8

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

This is under review with OKTA and is documented in the following article:

Until this is resolved by OKTA, the workaround is to click on Directory > Groups and click on a particular group.
The users related to the group will then be fetched.

 

Another use case e.g Say there is a a user assigned to DEV group and later want to assign the same user to PROD. The OKTA admin needs to click on directory-groups click on DEV group and it will fetch the users for that group.Click on the user that needs to be assigned to PROD, go to Groups and type 'C' and available groups are displayed and can be added.
