Resolution

Data Center Security (DCS) Agent services can be restarted using the procedure below:

1) Open Windows command prompt as Administrator

2) Execute the commands below:

sisservicectrl stop SISIPSService

sisservicectrl start SISIPSService

sisservicectrl stop SISIDSService

sisservicectrl start SISIDSService

sisservicectrl stop SISIPSUtil  

sisservicectrl start SISIPSUtil
