Unable to accept Application Request approvals for application change's

Issue/Introduction

The API Developer user has changed an Application (callback url) and the Application Request needs to be accepted by the API Owner.

On accepting the Portal shows the error

"One or more entities associated with this Request has been changed. Please reject and instruct the developer to resubmit."

However there are no entities changed whatsoever and Rejecting and resubmitting won't work either, resulting in the same error.

One thing to notice is the request is showing the Application changes, does not show the Custom Fields (which are not changed on the Application or changed in general).

Resolution

This is resolved in portal 4.5 and above  , The problem is indeed the custom fields which are not showed in the approval of the request ,while the are set to required in the custom field settings 

In portal 4.4 the custom field is not showed in both sections of the approval window while in Portal 4.5 the custom fields for an application are showed in the request in both parts and I can the change be approved.

The solution would be to upgrade to 4.5 or 5.0
