Issue/Introduction

We are having an issue with an AutoSys agent where the spool directory i not getting created with the agent install on Linux.  Is the AutoSys installer supposed to create that on its own?  How does the spool directory get created?

Release : 11.4

Component : CA Workload Automation System Agent

Resolution

The spool directory is created when the first job starts to run on that agent.
