ACF2 Scoped ID getting error message ACF00192 when creating ID

Issue/Introduction

A scoped ID that is trying to issue the following command:

insert using(TSOUSER) TESTID name(test id) password(TE$Tp$wd) prefix()

The above command gets the following error message:

ACF00192 VALUE OF FIELD PREFIX NOT WITHIN YOUR DSN SCOPE VALUE

Resolution

PREFIX correlates to a dataset high-level qualifier, so the Scope list needs a DSN added.  For PREFIX(), a DSN of all is needed.  DSN(-)
