The customer modifies the contact field and the Spectrum side is not taken.
It is verified that there is communication with the server, it is rediscovered and continues without taking the configuration.

This particular Contact field is located under the Asset Information subview, which is the sysContact (0x10b5a) attribute ID that is related to an external OID (OID Prefix: 188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206.0). If the device is not available (DEVICE HAS STOPPED RESPONDING TO POLLS alarm) you will not able to modify this contact field, because Spectrum will not able to save the change on the device side. The device must be responding to SNMP request to allow contact information change.
