no alarms in Spectrum 10.4.0 using spectrumgtw 8.68

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Spectrum 10.4.0 and spectrumgtw 8.68 alarms are no longer being synched between UIM and Spectrum.

Environment

Component : UIM - SPECTRUMGTW

Resolution

spectrumgtw 8.6.8. was tested only with Spectrum 10.4.2.

If you do not wish to upgrade the Spectrum 10.4 installation to SP2/10.4.2, you may apply spectrumgtw 8.67-HF6 (or higher if available.)
