Issue/Introduction

In a dynamic environment ipsla tests get created/deleted frequently.

But sometimes critical tests get removed, and we need an event when that happens so that we can respond.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

If an iplsa test is removed from the host device, change detection will pick this up and remove it from CAPC.

A generic event is created when CD removes something from a MF, but it is too generic to tie to any specific MF.

We do not create an event or log when a device component is created or deleted.

Resolution

This would be an enhancement request to add more to the generic CD event.
