Issue/Introduction

With the introduction of AE 12.3 the monitoring of external dependencies in workflow monitor has changed in workflows contained a flaw.
In previous versions 12.2 the menu "Executions Lists" for external dependencies was always accessible no matter if the external dependencies had been fulfilled or not.
In version 12.3 this feature is only visible in the Workflow monitoring if the condition has been fulfilled, that means when the external dependency is no longer in status 'Waiting for external dependency'.

In version 12.3 this feature is only visible in the Workflow monitoring if the condition has been fullfilled, that means when the external dependency is no longer in status 'Waiting for external dependency'.

This is time-consuming for the analysis, because now the statistics are available via open object and then Statistics. It needs more clicks.

Environment

AWI 12.3.1

Cause

This is bug introduced in AWI 12.3

Resolution

A problem has been solved where the "Executions List" option was missing from the context menu for external dependencies in Workflows.

The option was available only for external dependencies that had been fulfilled. Now, this option is available always for external dependencies, no matter whether they have been fulfilled or not.

This is corrected in version 12.3.3 of AWI. Upgrade to this or that higher Service Pack of the Automic Web Interface.
