DCJAWSP(6.0.1-3) - PLA converter failure due to duplicate key caused Jammer cycles to stop processing(Required JAWS restart)

Issue/Introduction

After converter service runs, the error below can be seen and data stops being processed.

ERROR [ConverterService] Error occurred after partially committing updates for scheduler "PLA": com.termalabs.server.domain.api.Sched
ulerUpdate$UpdateFailedException: SchedulerUpdate failed in the POST_UPDATE phase

Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.JobStream_Job' with unique index 'XAK1JobStream_Job'. The duplicate
key value is (AXIdUNqRBt8=, AW7I7nbedXU=).

WARN  [ConverterService] Scheduler updates partially completed; server must be restarted to get new events.

Resolution

Workaround:

Restart the AAI service

 

Upgrade to the latest AAI 6.2.0-2 or later which has some additional fixes and logging if the error reoccurs.
