Error: "Configuration {USER-ROLE-RESOURCE_NAME} already Exists in the database" when importing

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to use the CA Identity Governance Universe Migration Utility to migrate a universe from one environment to another is throwing an error message:

Configuration : {USER-ROLE-RESOURCE_NAME} already Exists in the database

Environment

Identity Governance 14.x

Resolution

Use the Discovery and Audit client tool to clear the existing information from the database.

1. File > Review Database
2. You can then select the cfg, udb, and other database associated with {USER-ROLE-RESOURCE_NAME} by unchecking 'Write Protected' box and using the Delete button.
3. Once removed, you should be able to go back to the migration tool and complete the import.
