Configuration {USER-ROLE-RESOURCE_NAME} already Exists in the database message when importing

Issue/Introduction

Hi Team,

When attempting to use the CA Identity Governance Universe Migration Utility to migrate a universe from one environment to another is throwing an error message:

Configuration : {USER-ROLE-RESOURCE_NAME} already Exists in the database

Environment

Release : 14.3

Component : GovernanceMinder(Role & Compliance Manager)

Resolution

To resolve this use the Discovery and Audit client tool to clear the existing information from the database.

File > Review Database, you can then select the cfg, udb, and other database associated with {USER-ROLE-RESOURCE_NAME} by unchecking 'Write Protected' box and using the Delete button.

Once removed you should be able to go back to the migration tool and complete the import.
