INV_BROWSE_INVESTMENT lookup performance issue on large dataset

Issue/Introduction

Pre-requisite:
Need large dataset with over 3000k projects and large number of resources

1. Login as Admin
2. Navigate to Administration->Lookups and search for INV_BROWSE_INVESTMENT lookup and open lookup properties
3. Click Browse Window tab and click on Preview

Expected Results: It should return results within few seconds

Actual Results: It is taking over 30 seconds for results
