Unable to start the NFA Services in Harvester

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to start the NFA services in one of our Harvester. We cleared out the HarvesterWork directory, but the harvester service still won't start.

The harvester-wrapper.log shows the following message:

Failed to parse the version of Java. Resolving to the lowest supported version (1.4).

Environment

Release : 10.0

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Resolution

We found that the JRE directory had become corrupt during OS patching. To resolve this, we copied the following folder from one of the working Harvester machines and replaced the folder on the problem harvester:

\CA\NFA\jre
